AI Developer

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer build and refining the AI-driven features that power our products and services. You will design, implement, and maintain machine learning models, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into our technology stack.

1. Responsibilities:
2. Develop and train machine learning models to address key business challenges.
3. Integrate AI functionalities into existing and new software applications.
4. Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of existing AI models.
5. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define solution requirements and customize AI features.
6. Document all phases of AI development from model design to deployment.

1. Required qualifications:
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
3. At least 3 years of experience in AI development or machine learning projects.
4. Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
5. Experience with data management and data-driven decision making.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Effective communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Experience in deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
9. Practical knowledge of software development practices and DevOps tools.
10. Prior work in an Agile development environment.
