AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with specializing in generative AI models will be at the forefront of developing and refining AI-driven solutions that utilize state-of-the-art technologies like GPT and LLaMA. You will be pivotal in fine-tuning these models to cater to bespoke enterprise needs and ensuring that they integrate seamlessly with our existing systems.

1. Responsibilities:
2. Design and develop AI solutions using generative models such as GPT and LLaMA.
3. Customize and fine-tune generative models based on specific project requirements and datasets.
4. Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to gather requirements and validate model outputs.
5. Implement robust model testing and validation procedures to ensure high accuracy and performance.
6. Stay abreast of advancements in AI, focusing on generative and large language models, and assess their applicability to our business needs.
7. Develop frameworks for continuous learning and model adaptation to dynamically changing data.
8. Optimize AI models for performance and scalability across various deployment environments, including cloud platforms.
9. Educate and mentor team members on best practices and innovations in AI model development and deployment.

1. Required qualifications:
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
3. Atleast 2 years of proven experience with NLP and generative AI models such as GPT-3, GPT-4, or similar and Meta’s LLaMA.
4. Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with AI development environments.
5. Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
6. Demonstrated ability to fine-tune and personalize AI models to meet specific needs.
7. Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) related to AI model deployment.
8. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical communication skills.
