At Beroe, we believe in making a positive impact beyond our business operations. We recognize that our responsibilities extend beyond financial performance and encompass the well-being of our communities, the environment, and society at large. Through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, we strive to create sustainable value while addressing societal challenges. Samavesh (meaning "inclusion") embodies the proactive spirit of Beroe's young professionals, who are dedicated to uplifting surrounding communities. Founded in 200Beroe's official Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) endeavor, Samavesh operates under the sole stewardship of employee volunteers.
The team's vibrant energy and optimism permeate throughout the organization, igniting passion and driving positive focus, so far, has been on education and sustainability. Initiatives range from providing material and infrastructure support to schools to giving scholarships to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds to encourage them to pursue high school education.
Samavesh
Samavesh: Embracing Inclusion and Integration in Social Growth
Samavesh (meaning "inclusion") embodies the proactive spirit of Beroe's young professionals, dedicated to uplifting surrounding communities. Founded in 2009 as Beroe's official Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) endeavor, Samavesh operates under the sole stewardship of employee volunteers. The team's vibrant energy and optimism permeate throughout the organization, igniting passion and driving positive change.
Samavesh‘s focus, so far, has been on education and sustainability. Initiatives range from providing material and infrastructure support to schools. Alongside, providing scholarships to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds to encourage students to pursue high school education.
Rural Education
Samavesh has supported HH High School (HHHS), Brambe, in Ranchi (the capital of the Indian state of Jharkhand) for more than ten years . The school focuses on imparting primary education and preparing students to be financially independent in the future. So far, more than 3000 students have benefitted from our support :
- Sponsoring Teachers: We sponsor four teachers who ensure continuous, quality student education.
- Laptop Donation: To ensure students' education was not affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, Beroe gifted HHHS a laptop to conduct online classes.
- Transportation Facilitation: We support the maintenance of transportation facilities, enabling students from remote areas to attend school regularly.
- Classroom Maintenance: We helped repair termite damage in classrooms to provide students with a safe and hygienic environment.
- Student Motivation: We provide guest lectures and live counseling sessions.
- Performance Analysis: We offer regular feedback to the school on areas of improvement by keeping track of monthly activities in the school, such as (not limited to) academics, extracurriculars, and attendance.
Additionally, due to its continuous performance, recently HH High School, Brambe, was recently mentioned in Chapter 33 of the General Knowledge book for Class 7, prescribed in Delhi/NCR schools.

Scholarships
Samavesh identifies and accepts invitations from students belonging to vulnerable backgrounds and supports them in pursuing their education. So far, over 175 students have benefitted from this initiative in completing their schooling.
Feeding Futures
For the past eight years, Samavesh has provided nutritious snacks to over 1,000 students annually who attend special classes to prepare for their Board Exams.
