Beroe Wellness

Each year, Beroe hosts sports events designed to motivate employees to step away from their desks, engage in physical activities, and build strong relationships with their colleagues. These events aim to promote fitness, work-life balance, and a sense of camaraderie among staff. In addition to these annual events, Beroe also runs an in-house fitness program that actively encourages employees to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise and wellness activities, reinforcing the company's commitment to overall well-being and teamwork.

Beroe University

Beroe University is an internal learning and development initiative designed to promote continuous growth among employees. It offers various training programs, including the Beroe Analyst Program (BeAP) to onboard new analysts, LEAP certification for Sales and Customer Success teams, and specialized procurement certification. 

The platform also provides a variety of electives, from yoga and German language courses to prompt engineering and business intelligence certifications, allowing employees to enhance their skills in both professional and personal areas. Beroe University supports a culture of learning, helping employees grow, stay competitive, and contribute more effectively to the company’s success.

Beroe Talks

Beroe Talks is an initiative designed to harness the power of shared stories within our company. Beroe Talks encourages employees to share their personal and professional experiences in 20-minute sessions broadcast to a live audience. Whether it's about overcoming challenges, achieving milestones, or pursuing unique hobbies, every story can inspire and help others grow. This platform fosters a culture of learning, where insights that took years to gain can be passed on in minutes. Beroe Talks invites all employees to connect, share, and contribute to our collective wisdom, building a stronger, more informed team where every story makes a difference.

Samavesh: empowering education and sustainability through support and scholarships

We actively work to create a positive impact beyond business. Samavesh, our CSR initiative launched in 2009, embodies this commitment. Employee volunteers lead the charge, focusing on community well-being, education, and sustainability. We’ve provided scholarships to over 190 students from challenging backgrounds and supported HH High School in Ranchi for over 10 years, sponsoring teacher salaries. We also provide nutritious snacks to students preparing for exams. We’re grateful to have a team of passionate volunteers from within Beroe who dedicate their time to making a difference and creating meaningful change.
